Chef-proprietor Philippe Peretti is uncommonly hospitable, greeting guests at the entrance and making his rounds among the tables to ensure that everything is just right — and it is. Service is attentive and quick, and the cuisine is superlative, with country dishes and slow-cooked casseroles among the most popular. The specials menu changes regularly, and the three course set lunch menu, which changes weekly, is excellent value.
