The 2009/2010 edition of The Miele Guide was officially launched on 30 September 2009 at a red-carpet extravaganza at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.
The 360 guests at this year’s gala dinner were lavishly fed by guest chefs Takashi Kimura (Sage Restaurant & Wine Bar, Kuala Lumpur), Rahul Akerkar (Indigo, Mumbai), Diego Martinelli (The Lighthouse, Singapore) and Janice Wong (2am:dessertbar, Singapore).
